Nexture Group seeks an accomplished Head of Health, Safety & Environment to lead H&S&E strategy across its manufacturing footprint. The role is based in Portugal and requires hands-on leadership to drive a strong safety culture and embed best practices across sites worldwide.

You will own environmental reporting (Scope 1 & 2), ensure regulatory compliance, and align policies with group strategy while coaching site teams and building leadership capability for sustained improvement.

Qualificações

• DuPont Safety System: proven experience designing, implementing or running a DuPont-based safety management system.
• Environmental Management — Scope 1 & 2: hands-on experience measuring, reporting and reducing direct and energy-related indirect emissions.
• Raw Material Commodities: working knowledge of raw material commodity markets and related environmental supply-chain risk.
• Minimum 5 Years in an H&S&E Head / Leadership Role: proven track record in a senior leadership title.

Responsabilidades

• Define and roll out the H&S&E strategy across all manufacturing sites, aligned with Group strategy.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the DuPont safety culture framework, including behavioral safety observations and leadership engagement.
• Own the Scope 1 and Scope 2 environmental data reporting, target-setting and reduction roadmap.
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, EU and other applicable international health, safety and environmental regulations across all regions of operation.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations on H&S&E risk related to raw material commodities sourced globally, with particular depth in Europe.
• Standardize H&S&E policies, procedures and KPIs across all sites globally; drive audits, incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Coach and develop site H&S&E teams and build a strong, visible safety leadership culture.
• Report H&S&E performance and improvement plans to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
