Forvia is seeking an HR Trainee to support the Country HR team in attracting top talent and contributing to HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will engage in recruitment activities, employer branding, onboarding, internal communications, and HR projects that strengthen our people strategy and culture.

In this trainee role you will assist in sourcing, screenings, interviews, candidate experience, and HR reporting while collaborating with cross functional teams across the Forvia

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English with ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent acquisition and sourcing activities to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Support recruitment processes including pre-selection and coordinating interviews.
• Enhance candidate and employee experience and contribute to onboarding.
• Assist with employer branding and internal communications campaigns.
• Support HR generalist initiatives, reporting, and documentation.
