Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

This role’s main objective is to provide transversal support to the Human Resources department, with a special focus on training management, internal communication and administrative support, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and to organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
Training Management
  • Support the development, implementation and follow‑up of the Annual Training Plan.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with different departments.
  • Organize and schedule internal and external training sessions.
  • Ensure all related logistics (registrations, rooms, materials, platforms).
  • Ensure proper record‑keeping, filing and compliance of all legally required training documentation.
  • Collect feedback, analyze results and monitor training KPIs.
  • Support the preparation of reports and follow‑up of the training plan.
  • Insert and manage data in the RcSoft platform.
HR Administration & Processes
  • Provide support in HR administrative management.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance and updating of internal HR procedures.
  • Propose action plans and participate in their implementation.
Internal Communication & Employer Branding
  • Support the management and enhancement of internal and external communication processes within the plant/unit.
  • Create and disseminate internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet content, internal campaigns).
  • Promote the plant’s branding initiatives.
  • Organize internal, social, recognition and team‑building events.
  • Drive internal initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Education Level

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication or related fields.

Skills And Competencies

Good Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Good command of English (spoken and written). Fluent in Portuguese.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear and engaging visual content (presentations, HR reports, internal communications) using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.

Team player, with good communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: EUR 12000€ - 15600€

Additional Compensation & Benefits: These values are annual internship stipends.
