Faurecia is seeking a Human Resources support role focused on training management, internal communication, and administrative assistance in Bragança, Portugal. This role’s main objective is to provide transversal support to the Human Resources department, with a special focus on training management, internal communication and administrative support, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and to organizational development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication or related fields.
Good Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Good command of English (spoken and written). Fluent in Portuguese.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear and engaging visual content (presentations, HR reports, internal communications) using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
Team player, with good communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: EUR 12000€ - 15600€
