Visor.ai, founded in 2016, seeks an HR & Operations Specialist to own the employee experience end-to-end, from onboarding to daily operations, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour law and GDPR.

You will manage people processes, benefits, health insurance, and recruitment pipelines using tools like Teamtailor, Coverflex, and Google Workspace, while collaborating with leadership and external partners.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, management, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR, People Operations, or a generalist operations role.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms; familiarity with Factorial, Teamtailor, or Coverflex is a plus.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour law and benefits administration.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to run several processes in parallel.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling personal data.
• Strong verbal and written communication; a proficient communicator.
• Curiosity for process improvement; openness to AI-powered tools.
• Immediate availability or notice period under 60 days is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage attendance, time off, and leave requests with accuracy.
• Administer benefits and flexible compensation with Coverflex.
• Handle health insurance enrollments, dependents, and claims support.
• Coordinate occupational health, records, and renewals for compliance.
• Plan and track training, liaising with managers and providers.
• Be the first point of contact for contracts, policies, and benefits.
• Ensure GDPR and Portuguese labour law compliance in people data.
