DSV Air & Sea SAU is seeking a Global HRIS professional to provide Tier 1 support for SAP SuccessFactors, managing Employee Central and related modules, in collaboration with stakeholders across the global organization. You will perform data updates, audits and reports to ensure master data integrity in line with DSV policies.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years HR systems experience, especially SAP SuccessFactors, are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT or related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and payroll processing.
• Experience in maintaining data integrity, audits, and reporting in HR systems.
• Proficient English (spoken & written).

• Work with HR partners to educate on DSV Employee Central functionality.

SUMMARY

SAP SuccessFactors has been rolled out to over 160,000 employees with 14 countries with payroll integrated so far. Currently our modulescontainEmployee Central, Time off, Onboarding, Recruitment, PerformanceManagementand Succession.

We have an ambitious plan toonboardmore countries and implement more payroll integrations in the upcoming years.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Global HRIS team, yourresponsibilities will include:

• Provide Tier 1 support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s Global HRIS that is powered by SAP SuccessFactors).
• Manually update employee data in large scale.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by creating reports and analysing data.
• Create and carryout various audits to ensure master data in is compliance with DSV policies and governance.
• Partner with the country team to ensure that employee data in our HR ecosystems comply with DSV governance and policies by performing regular audits.
• Partner with Country Teams and local HR Partners to ensure data accuracy while providing education on the DSV policies and DSV Employee Central functionality
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.

LANGUAGES

Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)

You willbe requiredto sign an extended confidentiality agreement due to having access topersonal employee data (global).
