A global energy company in Lisbon is seeking an experienced HR Compensation Analyst to perform market analysis and maintain compensation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong analytical skills. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and various attractive benefits.

Qualificações

The Center of Excellence of Compensation is recruiting an HR Compensation Analyst.

What you will do

Perform market analysis and salary benchmarking to support compensation decisions.
Assist in maintaining internal compensation frameworks and pay structures, as well as Performance Model (KPIs) from the Group.
Provide operational support during compensation review cycles, such as merit and bonus processes.
Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistency in compensation application.
Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor compensation metrics and trends.

What are we looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
Basic understanding of compensation tools and methodologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
