Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-level HR admin support via email, chat, tickets and phone.
• Administer employee data across lifecycle (hire to retire) in SuccessFactors; manage time tools.
• Prepare HR documents and conduct onboarding sessions; assist benefits administration.
• Coordinate payroll input changes and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support compliance, audits, and Health & Safety training.

We are currently offering a HR Administration Specialist with Spanish (m/f/d) position at the Global Business Services Center located in Porto, Portugal. Fuelled by a talented and dedicated workforce, the GBS provides accounting business services for Bruker Corporation throughout the EMEA Region. Responsibilities

• Close cooperation with major stakeholders: HR BP, Regional Director & external vendors
• First-level support via email, Microsoft Teams chat, tickets and phone
• Administration of employees’ data during employee lifecycle (hire to retire) in SuccessFactors
• Administration of time management tools
• Preparation of employee documents
• Conduction of onboarding sessions
• Benefits administration
• Coordination of business activities for technicians to provide them access to client’s sites for maintenance of Bruker equipment
• Maintenance of documents according to local law
• Review and reconciliation of data discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Organisation of Health & Safety training and medical examinations
• Collection of monthly changes for payroll input
• Performance of other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills (Spanish C1 level; English B2 level).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with HR services and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Experience working with a team of HR professionals who are not co-located.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive work relationships with people at all levels (i.e. teamwork and customer satisfaction).
• Highest standards of business ethics, honesty and personal integrity.
• Incumbents must respect and protect personal employee privacy and use the utmost discretion when assisting employees with confidential information.
• A detailed and organized individual who will monitor outstanding tasks and ensure resolution.
