Vertexglobal is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager for our Braga, Portugal office. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, increase occupancy, and lead a team of sales executives to exceed targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building with corporate clients and travel partners, and a deep understanding of the local market. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
