Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Coimbra is seeking a Cook (M/F) to support the kitchen team with prep, cooking and plate presentation for high-quality guest experiences. With 1-2 years in a hotel kitchen and vocational hospitality training, you will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining hygiene and contributing to HACCP standards while collaborating with colleagues.

Fluency in the local language and helpful English will aid in guest interactions and kitchen coordination.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant.
• Vocational training in hospitality, F&B, or kitchen.
• Fluency in the local language; English knowledge is valuable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, assemble, and organize mise-en-place for each service.
• Ensure presentation, quantity and quality of each dish to standards.
• Check storage, rotate stock and maintain FIFO.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and safety hazards.
• Support team to meet departmental targets and HACCP guidelines.
