Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Coimbra, PT is seeking a Sub-chefe de Mesa to take orders and deliver food and beverages, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across our F&B outlets.

You will welcome guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold brand standards while providing friendly, proactive service. English and local language skills are valued; prior hospitality experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in similar F&B roles within hotels or hospitality preferred.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B required or beneficial.
• Fluency in local language and English is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service that promotes guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Upsell and promote F&B offerings to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of restaurant and meeting room spaces.
