Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel in Grândola seeks an accounting professional to organize and record financial documents, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly closings. You will prepare mandatory reports and manage customer and supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and practice in recording documents and ensuring accuracy.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and monthly closing procedures.
• Ability to manage customer and supplier accounts and prepare required reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Organise, classify and record accounting documents and ensure accurate processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review accounts for regularization.
• Support monthly closings and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare reports such as COPE and GEDIPE as required.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and collections as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the department and assist the Certified Accountant.
