Diaverum in Algés, Portugal, is seeking a Nurse (m/f) to join our Algés clinic. You will provide nursing care across the clinic’s settings, ensure safe, evidence-based interventions and document nursing actions in a timely manner.

We value a Nursing degree with a valid licence and dialysis experience; fluency in Portuguese is required, English is a plus. The role offers ongoing training, professional development and a multidisciplinary team environment designed to deliver high-quality patient

We are looking for a Nurse (m/f) to join our Algés clinic.

• Monthly gross salary between €1,654 and €2,284, depending on professional experience;

Key responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic;
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care;
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner;
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment;
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families;
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities;
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence;
• Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing- Chronic Care or Master's Degree in Nursing- Nursing Care for Critically Ill Patients;
• Experience in dialysis techniques;
• Fluency in Portuguese;
• English language skills will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of quality management systems will be valued;
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.
