Qualificações

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional licence.
• With or without experience in dialysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Personal competencies: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision-making; Communication; Conflict management; Teamwork.
• Integration into a young and dynamic team within a market-leading company.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care across the different clinical settings of the clinic.
• Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards.
• Document nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Promote patient autonomy, empowerment of the patient and their family, and adherence to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Participate in and promote initiatives aimed at coordinating different levels of healthcare.
• Record incidents.
• Promote and participate in national and international research programmes and projects.
• Support the training and development of other professionals' competencies.
• Participate in the management and organisation of the nursing team's work.
