IQVIA in Portugal is seeking a Medical Director for the Hematology-Oncology Center of Excellence to provide strategic medical and scientific input across proposals and clinical development. You will engage early with customers, guide protocol design and development plans, and contribute as a subject matter expert throughout trials.

You will stay current with literature, support client meetings and bid defenses, and mentor teams to align execution with medical strategy.

Qualificações

• Oncologist (MD) with training in hematology-oncology.
• Typically requires five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years outside training with biopharma industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and clinical advice to internal stakeholders developing proposals, including protocol design and development plans.
• Maintain awareness of latest literature to keep abreast of progress in hematology and oncology.
• Participate in client meetings, bid defense discussions, and governance meetings.
• Coach project teams to align executional strategy with medical understanding.
• Collaborate with leaders across BD, Operations, Real World Services, and other centers of excellence.
