Talingual in Lisbon is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator to monitor and assess online content for compliance. You will review videos, comments, and accounts to ensure alignment with community guidelines, and contribute to making the platform safer for users of all ages.

The role requires Hebrew fluency and a good command of English, with rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation. Salary is €1,478 gross per month with holiday and meal allowances plus free company accommodation, or €1,767

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator

Salary: €1,478 gross per month, including holiday allowance and meal allowance, plus free company accommodation. Alternatively, €1,767 gross per month without accommodation.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, working eight-hour shifts on a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday within a 24/7 operation.

Our client is a global outsourcing company supporting major international brands in more than 30 languages. You will join a multicultural team in Lisbon.

As a Content Moderator, your mission will be to help maintain a safe online platform where content complies with community guidelines. You will analyse content posted on social media and determine whether it violates platform policies.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing videos and determining whether they violate community guidelines
• Tagging content that breaches platform policies, which may affect its visibility and reach
• Helping keep the platform safe for all users, particularly younger audiences
• Reviewing audio, comments, links, user accounts, underage-related content and suggested content
• Identifying and escalating policy violations
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
• Working towards daily and weekly quality targets

Fluency in Hebrew

A good level of English

Strong attention to detail and sound judgement

Comfortable reviewing both written and visual online content
