Cross Border Talents is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (Content Moderator) to moderate and review digital content and advertisements in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle sensitive material and ensure compliance with platform policies while supporting 24/7 content monitoring.

The role requires fluency in Hebrew (C2) and English (B2+), strong analytical skills, and resilience when faced with disturbing content.

About the Role

We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (Content Moderator) to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Your main responsibility will be to moderate and review digital content and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies. This role involves handling sensitive and potentially explicit material, including violent content.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content and advertisements according to platform guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze content trends and provide insights to enhance trust and safety measures.
• Work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) to support 24/7 content monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and ensure a safe online environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hebrew (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and resilience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
