Meta, a global tech leader, is hiring Operations Customer Experts to support Hebrew-speaking SMB clients from Lisbon. You will handle chat, email, and phone, guiding advertisers through Meta's advertising tools with a focus on campaign optimization and excellent service.

Includes relocation to Portugal, a comprehensive benefits package, 40-hour work weeks, and a 15-day training program conducted in English.

Qualificações

• Hebrew fluency at C2 level is required.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for internal communication and training.
• Strong customer focus and empathy is essential.
• Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support in Hebrew via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist clients with pre- and post-sales inquiries, focusing on campaign optimization and platform troubleshooting.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to achieving strong CSAT through outstanding service.
• Educate advertisers on self-service tools and assist with technical concerns.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Apply soft skills to de-escalate challenging situations when needed.
