Our client, a globally recognized American tech giant based in Menlo Park, California, is seeking Operations Customer Experts to support Hebrew-speaking SMB clients. You'll be part of a dynamic, international team that assists customers via chat, email, and phone, helping them succeed through excellent service and expert guidance on Meta's advertising solutions.
Deliver high-quality customer support in Hebrew (with some English communication).
Assist clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries, focusing on campaign optimization and platform troubleshooting.
Maintain a customer-first mindset with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Contribute to achieving strong Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT) through outstanding service.
Educate advertisers on self-service tools and assist with technical concerns or issues.
Handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity.
Apply your soft skills to de-escalate challenging situations when needed.
Fluency in Hebrew (C2 level) - Required.
English proficiency (B2+) - Needed for internal communication and training.
Strong customer focus and empathy.
Team player mindset - Work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
International Candidates (relocation to Portugal):
€1,478.16/month gross
(includes base salary, holiday/Christmas bonuses, meal allowance, and room allowance)
Local Candidates (already residing in Portugal):
€1,767.50/month gross
(includes base salary, holiday/Christmas bonuses, and meal allowance; no room allowance)
