Boeva Tech in Lisbon invites Hebrew-speaking customer experts to join a global tech leader’s operations team. You’ll support SMB advertisers via chat, email, and phone, focusing on campaign optimization and platform troubleshooting, while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Relocation with full support is offered for international candidates, and a comprehensive benefits package starts immediately. Hours are full-time, 40 hours/week, with 8-hour shifts in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualificações

• Hebrew (C2) required.
• English (B2+) required for internal training.
• Strong customer focus and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Hebrew (plus some English).
• Assist clients with pre- and post-sales inquiries focusing on campaign optimization and platform troubleshooting.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with a friendly, empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to high CSAT scores through outstanding service.
• Educate advertisers on self-service tools and assist with technical concerns.
• Handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity.
• Use soft skills to de-escalate situations when needed.
