Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive connected healthcare IoT solutions, collaborating with engineers, architects, and customer service to translate clinical needs into scalable products.

This UK-based role welcomes applicants across Europe; you will own the roadmap, define user stories, and ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance while guiding agile ceremonies and KPI-driven improvements across device monitoring, remote support, and EHR integrations.

Qualificações

5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery.
Strong understanding of healthcare customer service operations (support workflows, ticketing systems, field service).
Hands-on experience with IoT/connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures.
Technical background in software development or engineering.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Understanding of NoSQL data stores (e.g., Elasticsearch) and data-driven applications.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

Own the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions.
Translate customer service workflows and field operations needs into product features and technical requirements.
Work closely with Solution Architects to align product vision with system architecture.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams.
Prioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and customer experience.
Drive development of solutions supporting device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation.
Collaborate with customer service, support, and field teams to improve issue resolution and service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
Validate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics.
Drive integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems.
Partner with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Track and improve KPIs such as uptime, response time, MTTR, and customer satisfaction.
