Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment on a remote, hourly-contract basis. No AI background required, with flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

You will review and classify outputs, provide structured feedback, and work across diverse topics and use cases with independent scheduling.
