Philip Morris International in Portugal or Poland is seeking a leader to head the End User Services solution architecture within the Digital Workplace & Collaboration portfolio. You will shape architectural direction, ensure security and scalability across devices and collaboration platforms, and guide a global team of architects.

You will define reference architectures, roadmaps, reusable patterns, and governance guardrails, and drive secure-by-design and Responsible AI practices.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years leading solution architecture across DW&C and related domains.
• Minimum 2 years leadership of distributed, multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related DW&C tools.
• Experience defining architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Understanding secure-by-design and Responsible AI principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution architecture direction across the DW&C portfolio.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of solution architects.
• Define reference architectures, standards, roadmaps, and guardrails across endpoints, collaboration, and AI.
• Drive enterprise AI and automation adoption, including governance and lifecycle operations.
• Govern architecture through design reviews, risk assessments, and security/compliance controls.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, enterprise architecture, and vendor teams to translate strategy into action.
