Philip Morris International in Portugal seeks a Senior End User Services Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operational excellence, and continual improvement of employee-facing services across devices and locations.

You will partner with Product Owners, Agile coaches, security and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable services, governance, and cost efficiencies while enabling a modern workplace and AI-enabled productivity.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant experience leading end user services delivery.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and enable roadmap execution for End User Services with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Promote Lean-Agile practices and continuous delivery within workplace product teams.
• Provide service transparency via dashboards and metrics to manage risks and adoption.
