Philip Morris International IT is seeking a Sr. Manager Tech Software Engineer AI Factory to lead end-to-end technical delivery and platform reliability for AI capabilities.

The role oversees DevOps, Frontend/Backend, SRE practices and mentors high-performing teams across PMI's AI Factory, with locations in Portugal or Poland. Travel and remote options depend on PMI IT policy.

Strong leadership, cloud-native architecture expertise, and secure-by-design development are essential.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Operations or related field.
• Preferred: specialization or experience in AI/ML operations, technology delivery management, or financial/operational governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery (frontend, DevOps, platforms) with high-quality, secure-by-design engineering.
• Oversee Run & Support and SRE practices (SLOs/SLIs, observability, incident response, error budgets).
• Mentor high-performing engineering teams and promote a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Product, QA/RAI, and Factory Ops to align with PMI AI Policy.
