Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years in BI/Analytics with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of specialists including Data Engineers and Project Managers.
• Design and improve data, analytics, and BI solutions for decision-making and operational excellence.
• Oversee transition from Data Ocean to Enterprise Data Platform for Finance Reporting Solutions.
• Ensure data governance and drive data quality, consistency and accessibility.
• Coordinate resources and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Promote best practices in data modelling and data integration.
• Partner with Functions across the business to align needs and identify data-driven opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
