Amorim Luxury Group, Portugal's leading luxury lifestyle group, is seeking a Head of Finance to drive management control, performance monitoring and financial reporting across the Group. The role coordinates budgeting, forecasting and closes, ensuring data integrity and policy standardisation.

The ideal candidate will oversee treasury, procurement and accounts payable activities, provide actionable insights, and partner with operational managers to define corrective actions for business

• Reporting, Accounting and Information Quality: ensure reliability of financial information and timely closing.
• Treasury, Procurement and Accounts Payable: oversee cash flow and funding requirements.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and budget reviews.
• Support operational managers with results interpretation and corrective actions.

We are currently looking for a Head of Finance to join our team!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Management Control and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare, consolidate and analyse the financial performance of the Group's business units.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful financial and operational reporting.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting and budget review processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identifying variances, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reporting tools.
• Produce profitability analyses by business unit, project, cost centre and functional area.
• Ensure consistency and alignment between operational, accounting and management information.
• Support operational managers in interpreting results and defining corrective actions.

Reporting, Accounting and Information Quality

• Ensure the reliability, integrity and consistency of the Group's financial information.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Maintain close alignment between Accounting, Reporting and Management Control functions.
• Review reconciliations, financial analyses and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Implement procedures that strengthen financial information quality and accuracy.
• Promote the standardisation of financial policies, procedures and reporting practices across the Group.
• Ensure the timely delivery of management information required to support business decisions.

Treasury, Procurement and Accounts Payable

• Oversee the Group's operational treasury activities.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity levels and short and medium-term funding requirements.
