Checkmarx Ltd. invites applications for a Senior Application Security Analyst in Braga. You will join the Security Research group to analyze vulnerabilities within code from open-source libraries to proprietary code and help advance Checkmarx engines.

You will work with Product Management, R&D, and other teams while leveraging Python scripting and Secure Coding practices to improve AppSec tooling and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Passionate about security and keen on growing in the security field.
• 3-4 years of experience as an analyst or researcher, including secure code reviewing.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in the security field.
• Familiar with OWASP Top 10 or similar.
• Experience with Python scripting/programming or similar languages.
• Excellent writing and oral presentation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Join the security research group to analyze vulnerabilities in code across the product.
• Improve engines and deliver more accurate results for Checkmarx products.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and other teams to advance AppSec tooling.
