You will define and execute testing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and drive manufacturing-ready designs while maintaining EMC and safety standards. The role supports hybrid work, training, and career growth with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven hardware design and testing experience.
• Fluent English; strong collaboration in cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced hardware circuit architectures with SI and performance.
• Define, coordinate, and execute testing and validation plans for ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and plants to optimize for manufacturing and testing.
• Identify and resolve complex hardware challenges and bugs from prototyping to mass production.
• Ensure compliance with EMC and safety standards globally.
• Drive test automation and continuous equipment maintenance to improve processes.
