Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Expert in Ponta Delgada, Portugal. You will take the initiative to ensure guests enjoy their meals, interact with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain service standards to create a memorable dining experience.

This full-time, non-management position requires standing and moving for extended periods, following company policies, and delivering professional service in a global hospitality network including Marriott brands.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Set tables, interact with guests, and serve guests to ensure enjoyment and a memorable experience.
• Communicate with the kitchen and coordinate service to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of work areas and supplies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to create a safe workplace and consistent guest experience.
