Tecnimede Group is offering a 9-month, full-time internship focused on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) within its Abrunheira headquarters in Portugal. The program covers the entire pharma lifecycle and provides exposure to multiple departments across the organization.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed degrees in Environmental/Safety Engineering or related fields, with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning in a top pharmaceutical company.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Genuine interest in Health, Safety and Environmental topics.
• Strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives.
• Participate in identification and assessment of occupational risks.
• Assist safety assessments and workplace inspections.
• Follow up on improvement actions related to safety, environmental and working conditions.
• Support management and analysis of waste and environmental aspects.
• Prepare HSE documentation and procedures.
• Assist with awareness and training initiatives for employees.

GTM Academy is a 9-month, full-time professional internship program, starting in September 2026 and this is your opportunity to join a company that master's the entire lifecycle of a drug, from R&D to Production and Commercialization with a presence in more than 100 countries.

What will you do?

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives;
• Participate in the identification and assessment of occupational risks;
• Support safety assessments and workplace inspections;
• Follow up on improvement actions related to safety, environmental and working conditions;
• Support the management and analysis of waste and environmental aspects;
• Participate in the preparation of HSE documentation and procedures;
• Support awareness and training initiatives for employees;
• Assist with theanalysis of HSE indicators and reporting;
• Work closely with different departments and gain exposure to the reality of the pharmaceutical industry.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field;
• Has a genuine interest in Health, Safety and Environmental topics;
• Has strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills;
• Is proactive, responsible and eager to learn;
• Has good communication and teamwork skills;
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Has good command of English.
