Yazio is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Growth squad, focusing on onboarding and retention for a global nutrition app. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, run experiments, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship polished UI.

The role is 100% remote, with room to influence product direction and user outcomes. You’ll work with another designer and a motion designer, within a broader Yazio design team, and contribute to a mobile-first, data-informed design culture that

Qualifications

• Designed consumer mobile apps with freemium or subscription models.
• Shipped onboarding or retention improvements and documented learnings.
• Set up and analyzed A/B tests with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in prototyping, components, and design systems for mobile UIs.

Responsabilités

• Own Growth product design from discovery to launch, prototype in Figma and hand off to engineering.
• Turn experiment hypotheses into designs and review results with PMs, engineers, and analytics.
• Improve onboarding by reducing drop-offs and preserving effective moments.
• Shape the first-week experience and gamification features to boost retention.
• Collaborate with PMs to focus on opportunities with the biggest retention impact.
• Maintain high design quality and consistency with the design system while moving fast.
