Kraken is seeking a Growth Workflow Specialist to design automation for paid growth and AI-driven campaigns. You will specify signals, guardrails, and the creative feedback loop; collaborate with engineers to implement agent-based workflows and improve system performance.

In this role you will extend automation to CRO, referrals, and lifecycle workflows, while maintaining a clear, data-driven decision framework across global channels.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth campaigns at scale.
• Ability to map growth workflows as triggers, decisions, actions and measurements.
• Comfort reading performance dashboards and defining optimization goals.
• Willingness to learn AI system interfaces and communicate precisely.

Responsabilidades

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, including signal processing and budget decisions.
• Work with the build team to translate workflow specs into agent automations.
• QA agent outputs, identify gaps, and specify corrective improvements.
• Refine AI-generated creatives and copy with domain judgment before data confirms.
• Document rules, guardrails, and campaign logic for ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve the automation engine.
• Extend automation thinking to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle workflows.
