Qualificações

• Master’s level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or quantitative field.
• At least 10 years in banking/finance with risk management exposure.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience and team management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to the Group Financial Risk Department.
• Develop and oversee financial risk policies and reporting.
• Ensure robust risk governance, data governance, and effective ALM and liquidity controls.
• Collaborate with executive committees and external auditors.
