Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret 3D and 2D drawings, work instructions, and other technical specifications.
• Choose the right tool and place it in the grinding machine.
• Adjust the commands required for the tool to perform specified work.
• Measure all surfaces required to guarantee all dimensions.
• Perform all tasks described in first level maintenance procedure.

Responsibilities

• 3D and 2D drawings - read and interpret drawings, work instructions and other technical specifications of the work to be performed.
• Grinding machine - choose the right tool and place it in the machine.
• Grinding machine - adjust the commands required for the tool to perform the work as specified.
• Grinding machine - rectify, whenever necessary, the most varied inserts.
• Planning - follow the priorities set by the planning team
• Measure part - measure all the surfaces required to guarantee all the dimensions.
• First level maintenance - perform all the tasks describe in fist level maintenance procedure

Academic Background – Secondary, Tool Design and Manufacturing. Injection Tooling technology.

Minimum professional experience in a related area – 8-10 years
