Responsibilities

• Work coordination (interact with the other sectors directly related to Production).
• Bench tasks: execute and repair tools and molds, and other machine parts using hand and mechanical tools to work with precision.
• Bench tasks: prepare the mold structures.
• Bench tasks: prepare the tool for trial.
• Bench tasks: provide assistance in tool trial.
• First level maintenance: perform all the tasks described in first level maintenance procedure.
• Continuous improvement: responsible to improve the benchwork process.

Requirements

Academic Background – Secondary, Tool Design and Manufacturing. Injection Tooling technology.

Minimum professional experience in a related area: Tolerances analysis (5-8 years).
