Cross Border Talents is hiring a Greek-English Content Moderator for a leading e-commerce platform. The role is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation support and a 6-month contract.

You will review content to uphold product standards, apply local market judgment, ensure policy and legal compliance, and meet quality and timing targets, including shifts in a 24/7 schedule.

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Greek-English Content Moderator for a leading e-commerce platform, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided | 6-month contract.

Schedule: 24/7, Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off.

What you'll do

• Review content to ensure product and service standards on an e-commerce platform
• Apply rational, informed decision-making with local market expertise
• Ensure policy and legal compliance for content uploaded to the platform
• Meet quality standards and agreed response-time targets, escalating issues as needed

• Fluent/native-level Greek and English proficiency
• Strong content moderation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
• Ability to manage high-volume periods and adapt to policy or schedule changes
