Revolut seeks driven graduates for its Tech Services Graduate Programme. You will join engineering teams, work on real-world IT systems, and tackle projects that boost efficiency across global offices.

Qualificações

• 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Bachelor's or master's in CS/IT/SE/Cybersecurity or STEM field
• Graduation year 2025/2026/2027
• Passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise tech
• Experience scripting or programming via coursework/projects/internships (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving and curiosity to learn new tech
• Fluent in English; good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to travel to Revolut offices; hybrid role with 3 days in office
• Full-time availability from early/late 2027

Responsabilidades

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices
• Helping to deploy software, configure devices, and improve the employee onboarding experience
• Monitoring device health, security, and compliance, and supporting improvements across the global fleet
• Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges
• Developing scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes
• Supporting security initiatives by helping maintain device standards and best practices
• Working with experienced engineers to build scalable solutions that improve the technology experience for employees around the world

What You’ll Need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree, or equivalent grade
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• A passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise technology
• Experience scripting or programming through coursework, projects, or internships (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
• Solid problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new technologies
• A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
