Revolut is seeking ambitious Android Engineer graduates to join our 12-month Graduate Programme. You’ll work with engineering teams building features used by millions, focusing on Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM.

The role involves hands-on projects, structured training, and potential full-time placement after the programme. The programme is open to international applicants, with relocation support to select tech hubs.

Qualificações

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent)
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
• Degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English

Responsabilidades

• Shape the user experience from wireframes to release
• Build elegant solutions with designers and product teams

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.

You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

• Programme start: early 2027 (January-June) or late 2027 (July-December)

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping
• Shaping the user experience, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release
• Building elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
• Helping define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app
• Prototyping new interactions based on peer and user feedback
• Developing expertise with the Android SDK
• Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
• Sharing updates with global teams and learning from senior engineers
• Using regular feedback to accelerate your development

What You'll Need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
• A degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
• Solid problem-solving skills
• A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
