Qualificações

• Master's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and workplace tech.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in business English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
• Work with a global team and support Vendors for End User incidents and issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees ensuring timely equipment and access provisioning.
• Assist with CMDB IT Asset inventory management and automation needs.
• Assist with end-user application setup and configuration, bridging IT operations and development teams.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation.
