Job summary

ROBINSON in the Algarve invites a Golf Manager to lead the golf office, handle information, reservations and billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will draw up and monitor budgets and collaborate with partners.

The role requires front office experience in hotels or golf offices, a business traineeship or degree, fluent German and English, and readiness to live at one of our clubs for at least six months.

Qualifications

• Several years of front office experience in a hotel or golf office.
• Business training or a degree is required.
• Knowledge of the hotel/golf office booking and reservation system.
• Ability to work in a team and motivate people.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Enthusiasm for golf as a sport.
• Willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the golf office operations, including information, reservations and billing.
• Draw up and monitor the budget and ensure adherence; handle reservations and invoicing with partners.
