Noesis is seeking a skilled Go backend developer to build and maintain backend services in a cloud-first AWS environment, working in Lisbon, Portugal. You will contribute to scalable, secure systems and collaborate within a squad to deliver robust services.

You will participate in code reviews, implement infrastructure-as-code, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to documentation and architectural improvements. This role values problem-solving and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in backend development with Golang.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis/KeyDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS).
• Knowledge of unit/integration testing and architecture principles (DDD, Clean Architecture).
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang within a cloud-first AWS environment;
• Implement technical solutions, including code, infrastructure-as-code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines, from development through to production;
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the squad to ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability;
• Contribute to technical documentation and the continuous improvement of systems, architectures, and development practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field;
• Experience or strong interest in backend development with Golang;
