Job summary

Air Liquide's ALEBS Evolution division is seeking an HRIS Analyst specialized in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management to join the HR Digital Solutions CoE in Lisbon. You will configure, optimize, and globally administer Workday modules across EAMEI and APAC regions, partnering with GBS, HRBPs, and Payroll teams.

The role demands 3+ years in Workday config, strong English, and a proactive mindset. Official certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration in global environments.
• Proven experience with Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience with Workday Payroll integrations.
• Official Workday Pro or Partner Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence across regions.
• Collaborate with GBS, HR BPs, and Payroll to align requirements.
• Lead implementation, releases, and enhancements for Workday modules.
• Manage payroll mapping configurations for compliance and end-to-end processing.
• Maintain configuration workbooks, docs, and specs reflecting setups.
• Provide Tier-2/3 HR support with clear, timely communication.
• Assess feature updates and promote adoption with business partners.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and QA for config enhancements.
• Develop enablement training, guides, and knowledge assets.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation to streamline processes.
