A Sodexo Business Services (SBS) procura um Purchasing Expert em Matosinhos, Portugal, para apoiar o gerenciamento global de suprimentos. O profissional trabalhará com gerentes de categoria, informando sobre RFI/RFQ, coleta de dados, e geração de relatórios, mantendo relacionamentos com fornecedores e equipes internas.

Fluência em inglês é essencial; francês é um plus. Benefícios incluem seguro de saúde, vale refeição e dias adicionais de folga.

Qualificações

• Experiência em Procurement/Supply Management para categorias de Food (>5 anos).
• Diploma em contabilidade, negócios ou ciências ou área relacionada.
• Habilidade analítica, organização e atuação em modo de projeto.
• Rigor, atenção aos detalhes e fator de oportunidade em ambientes complexos.
• Aptidão financeira com liaison próximo ao Finance para reporting.
• Excel avançado; Power BI e Smartsheets são diferenciais.
• Inglês fluente; francês é um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsável por fases específicas de processos RFI/RFQ/Benchmarking.
• Contribuir para preparação de cenários RFX e apresentações de status.
• Gerir onboarding de fornecedores e a configuração de fornecedores.
• Coletar e analisar dados e informações para a categoria designada.
• Criar relatórios conforme necessidade da categoria.
• Colaborar com as equipes de SM Finance e Data para reporting robusto.
• Manter baselines centralizados da categoria.
• Estabelecer relacionamentos com representantes de fornecedores.
• Negociação básica de contratos e alinhamento com stakeholders.

PURCHASING EXPERT

The Purchasing Expert is a vital new role, and working alongside Global category managers it will grow the impact of the Global Supply management team across the world. A key point of contact for global suppliers and Supply management teams based in countires, the role will lead critical Supply management processes including RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities. In addition the role is responsible for managing assigned tasks including category information gathering & analysis, collaborating with the Data team & QHSE as well as simple contract negotiation What will you do?

Key procurement activities

• Accountable for specific stages of Category RFI/RFQ/Benchmarking processes
• Contribute to the preparation of RFX scenario and status presentation
• Accountable for suppliers set-up and on-boarding
• Information collection and analysis
• Collect and analyse data and information for assigned category/-ies
• Create required reports
• Collaborate with SM Finance and Data teams to ensure robust reporting and measurement of the category performance
• Build and maintain centralized category baselines
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant supplier representatives
• Collect and analyse relevant information
• Maintain day-to-day relationships, aligned with SRM framework
• Handling of basic contractual negotiations
• Engage with relevant functional and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Data, Quality, Food Platform, Country SM & others)
• Managing SM requests: set clear task objectives, timelines and KPIs
• Manage and prioritize stakeholders expectations

What you'll need to succeed?

• Experience in Procurement/Supply Management function supporting Food categories (>5 years).
• Degree level in accounting, business or sciences or related educational background.
• Analytical skills
• Self organized, ability to work in project mode, switching from a category to another one on a frequent basis.
• Rigor and attention to details.
• Passion for seeking and finding opportunities in a complex environment.
• Financial acumen: the role will require close liaison with Finance team to execute periodic reporting on aswings and benefits.
• Excellent IT skills: very good command of Excel is a must;
• Previous experience with Power BI and Smartsheets will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and mastery of eRFx tool is a plus.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and clear and transparent communication Proven-track records in liaison with suppliers and basic contract negotiation skills
• International experience: prior responsibility in activity with multiple entities/countries would be an advantage;
• Fluency in English;
• French is a plus
