Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Total Rewards Experienced Analyst to drive shareholder data integrity and support Pay Transparency initiatives across Europe. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and external partners to streamline processes and ensure compliant rewards operations.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in HR operations, strong English and French, proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualificações

3-5 years in operational support, HR administration, or similar analytical roles in a complex org.
Fluent English and French are mandatory.
Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
High discretion handling confidential HR and compensation data.
Excellent verbal and written communication for internal/external stakeholders.
Experience with process automation or AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsabilidades

Liaise with the external service provider to report and manage changes to shareholder data.
Validate incoming early release requests for completeness and procedures adherence.
Dispatch payments for shares, dividends, and fractional rights to shareholders.
Assist employee Shareholders with account access and process explanations.
Support Pay Transparency initiatives and related compliance efforts across regions.
Collaborate with International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits teams on cross-functional tasks.
