• Plan, design, and create high-quality, product-related multimedia documentation in a structured editorial environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical editors, video producers, R&D engineers, and product managers in Aveiro and other international locations.
• Drive documentation and video projects from concept to deployment within a dynamic, global development environment.
• Champion content quality by supporting the development and optimization of style guides, standardized terminology, and corporate templates.
• Manage and brief external translation service providers, ensuring high-quality localization and terminology consistency across all target languages.

Qualifications What distinguishes you:

Education

Msc degree in Technical Writing, Translation, Communications, English/Linguistics, or related field

Experience

Proven experience in technical writing, copy editing, instructional design, or creating multimedia documentation.

Know how

Technical Understanding: Basic technical interest or know-how in the fields of thermotechnology, thermodynamics, or electrical engineering.

Good understanding of translation workflows and coordinating with external localization agencies.

Familiarity with creating scripts or storyboards for consumable multimedia content.

Languages

Excellent written and spoken English skills
