• Drive documentation and video projects from concept to deployment in a global development setting.
• Champion content quality by developing style guides, terminology and templates.
• Manage external translation providers to ensure high-quality localization and terminology consistency.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical editors, video producers, R&D engineers, and product managers in Aveiro and other international locations.
• Drive documentation and video projectsfrom concept to deployment within a dynamic, global development environment.
• Champion content qualityby supporting the development and optimization of style guides, standardized terminology, and corporate templates.
• Manage and brief external translation service providers, ensuring high-quality localization and terminology consistency across all target languages.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Msc degree in Technical Writing, Translation, Communications, English/Linguistics, or related field

Experience

• Proven experience in technical writing, copy editing, instructional design, or creating multimedia documentation.

Know how

• Technical Understanding:Basic technical interest or know-how in the fields of thermotechnology, thermodynamics, or electrical engineering.
• Good understanding of translation workflows and coordinating with external localization agencies.
• Familiarity with creating scripts or storyboards for consumable multimedia content.

Languages

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
