Metyis is seeking a Technology Platform & Service Delivery Director to lead end-to-end technology services across enterprise platforms, CRM/ERP, and cloud-based solutions. This on-site role demands strategic oversight and hands-on governance to ensure SLA-driven performance.

Based in Porto or Amsterdam, the position requires 12-15 years of experience, strong ITIL governance, and proven ability to manage multi-vendor environments while delivering client-focused outcomes.

Qualificações

• 12-15 years proven experience in technology service delivery and IT operations
• Strong ITIL-based service management and governance
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and global managed services
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as e-commerce and CRM/ERP

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technology service delivery within the GBS environment across enterprise platforms, digital commerce and cloud-based solutions
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external vendors and client technology functions to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Lead operational delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Manage IT service management processes including incident, problem, change and escalation
• Lead governance meetings, service reviews and executive reporting for clients and stakeholders
• Drive automation, operational efficiency and data-driven improvements across services
