EDP Renovaveis Servicios Financieros SA in Lisbon is seeking a senior tax professional to join the Global Tax Hub. You will drive strategic and transversal tax projects, including cross-border planning, M&A structuring, and policy development across the group and North American jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in corporate/international tax, fluent English, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in economics, business, or tax.
• 5–8 years of relevant corporate/international tax experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English. In-depth knowledge of North American tax matters is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in M&A transactions with tax structuring and due diligence.
• Engage in cross-border tax planning initiatives.
• Lead development, implementation and oversight of EDP Group’s tax policy.
• Collaborate with local tax teams on restructuring, operational structuring, tax optimization and risk management.
• Evaluate tax contingencies and opportunities to mitigate risks and add value.
• Structure transactions for tax efficiency across jurisdictions and analyze cross-border operations.
