Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service in Porto, Portugal, seeks a senior Corporate Tax Director to lead the Global Corporate Tax function. You will oversee intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and tax policy across the Group, with extensive cross-border collaboration and travel across Europe.

You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Legal and Sales, influencing tax strategy, risk governance, and post-acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in international taxation within multinational orgs or advisory environments.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate taxation, corporate structuring, and transfer pricing.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own tasks from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex concepts to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and maintenance of the Group’s corporate and intercompany structure.
• Design cross-border tax models with input from stakeholders across functions.
• Provide guidance on tax matters and describe working models for future use cases.
• Contribute to tax practice development and policy enhancement.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on corporate tax matters.
• Support tax due diligence and structuring for mergers and acquisitions.
