You will oversee hardware and software development, ensure system-level product integrity, and manage risks across quality, production, and marketing.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience as a project manager in industry with hardware and software development.
• Background in embedded software is preferred and organizational PM experience alone is not sufficient.
• Solid technical overview across engineering disciplines to assess input from development, quality and production.
• Systems thinking to identify dependencies and maintain a clear product view under pressure.
• Experience with quality management systems and methods (QKT, FMEA, quality gates).
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, from engineers to board level.
• Structured, pragmatic, and self-driven working style; fluent English essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own international development projects, collaborating with headquarters in Germany and the site in China.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, quality, production, and product management.
• Maintain a system-level view of the product, analyzing interactions and systemic risks.
• Evaluate progress reports and technical dependencies to form independent judgment.
• Proactively identify risks, define concrete measures, and follow through to resolution.
• Present project status, risks, and proposals to top management clearly and concisely.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from engineers to the executive board.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
